Happy eight year anniversary! Another year goes by running this brand full-time. I'm writing this years blog in our new house that was built off of the sales that SSSC has made us. Now, our family has enough room for both kids and a full-size workspace for me to store all the inventory. This year felt busier than usual, with all the work to sell our old house and build our new one. We had similar growth month over month, product variety, more significant collaborations, and 33 more shows stateside with our new full-timer Jared Arner. Slammedenuff Gatlinburg, Tennessee 2024. Being our fourth year attending this show, I had started to plan for everything in early July, knowing how much prep needed to be done well in advance. We had just moved into our new house in June, so money and time were tight with all that transitioning over. We booked the 30-person cabin in Pigeon Forge, created the show exclusive design, and another collaboration design with Battlegang. We then packed 20 boxes with all the small goods and accessories to be sent to our new franchise owner, Jared. 300 shirts and 150 hoodies were printed and sent down from our supplier for the show. Happy seven year anniversary! Another crazy year of running this brand full-time. I had to search the previous blog to see what year we were on; I guess it's been that long, and I can't even remember anymore. My 2 guest bedrooms, 2 hallways, and garage have finally met their limits, as we have to stock some of our overflow inventory in the back of the shopping mall locations. This year, we put a down payment on our new dream home that should be finished in summer 2024; where we'll have the entire basement to work out of and plenty of room for everyone, being 3 stories. Slammedenuff Gatlinburg, Tennessee 2023. Coming late into August, I knew what we needed to plan ahead since this was our second year coming down for the show. Sadly, my wife Cameo couldn't come down with us this year since she is due with our second daughter around October 20th. So, instead, I got 5 local Canadians to come along with us after telling them how much fun we had last year. 130 show-exclusive shirts and 100 show-exclusive hoodies were designed and printed well ahead of time.
